[ARCHIVED] Sidewalk Replacement Program Begins (Updated 07/26/16)

Update: 07/26/16): The start of the sidewalk program has been delayed by one week. Work will begin the week of August 1st.

The Village's annual sidewalk replacement program will take place over the next week and will focus on replacement in the western portion of Old Town North. Sidewalk squares marked for replacement have been inventoried and marked with fluorescent paint. This replacement does not require any action from residents and replacements typically take 1-2 days.

If the squares scheduled for removal cross your driveway, you will be notified in advance so that you may move your vehicle. Please notify the non-emergency police at 708-246-8540 that you will be parking overnight on the street until the concrete cures.

If you have questions regarding this program please do not hesitate to contact the Public Works Department at 708/246-1800 x 200.
