Flushing in the Ridgewood subdivision has been completed. If any residents experience residual disturbed sediment from the flushing process, they are recommended to run the lowest level cold water tap until the water runs clear.
Staff has determined that a second flushing in the Ridgewood subdivision is necessary to further improve water quality. The flushing is currently scheduled for 8:30 AM on 12/16/2015. Residents should expect a possible disruption in service during the flushing. Staff received reports of cloudy water from residents in the Ridgewood, Springdale, and Forest Hills subdivision during the 12/10/2015 flushing. If you experience cloudy water, run cold water from the lowest tap in your home for 10-15 minutes or until cloudiness disperses.
