[ARCHIVED] WS Recreation Spring Break Camps

Our popular Chess Camp will include games & activities such as Chess, Lessons, Puzzles, Wizards Says, Bug House, Mirror, Fisher, Take Me, Charades & more! Each child receives a trophy and a new Chess Wizards t-shirt, plus a folder containing all the puzzles they completed. All camps include a peanut-free snack provided by Chess Wizards. Ages are Kindergarten through 8th grade and camp dates are Tuesday-Thursday, 3/31-4/2 (3 days) 12:30-3:30 pm. Code 270754 A. Cost is $92 for residents.

Our new Spring Break Camp-Hawaiian Style is for ages 6-11 years and runs from 10-11:30 am on 3/31-4/2 (Tuesday through Thursday). Cost is $82.00 for residents. In this camp, participants will enjoy a tropical spa day complete with lotion, sparkle lip gloss and body glitter and will also make a jeweled necklace. We will learn some Hawaiian terminology and how to hula dance, and decorate grass skirts and wear leis. And lastly, we'll make a Hawaiian outfit for your American Girl Doll (or similar) complete with jewelry and a ribbon for her hair. Code 270760 A.

Both camps will be held at the WS Rec Center, 1500 Walker.
