Assuming there is good weather tomorrow, the Contractor has advised they intend to start pavement removal on the east side of Harvey Avenue from 42nd Street to Hillgrove Avenue tomorrow (4/21) morning. There will be a temporary loss of driveway access during the removal work for east side residents on the 4200 block. By the end of the day driveway access will be restored with compacted stone. We expect the contractor will start removal at 42nd Street and work south. 42nd Street will be blocked off at Harvey once this pavement removal work starts.
