Beginning May 22, 2020 the Village will be implementing a new, simplified online service request system. The new service request system is a cloud and mapping based interface to allow residents to more easily submit non-emergency service requests to the Village. When you first visit the new service request page, you will need to create a login with your name and email address. This will allow you to track submitted service requests and allow the Village to follow up with you for additional information if necessary.
When you submit a service request, please include your name, address and any contact information in the form field along with a description of the service that is being requested. Please do not use on the online service request system for emergencies or for any service items that require immediate assistance. If you are in an emergency, call 911.
