Were there flooding problems in town?

Several areas of the community experienced flash flooding with some residences reporting back up in their homes. Due to the intensity of the storm even sewers in several areas of the community exceeded their capacity and became "surcharged". Many of the VIllage's storm sewer outfalls drain to Flagg Creek. Provision data from the USGS data indicates that the creek level reached a maximum stage of 10.03 feet on October 15.
