Village ordinances prohibit persons under the age of 21 years of age from using or possessing tobacco products. Western Springs' officers routinely enforce the ordinance and a violation can result in a fine.Alcohol
By state law, persons under the age of 21 may not consume or possess alcoholic beverages. Additionally, the state has adopted a zero tolerance for the consumption of alcohol by drivers under the age of 21. If you are under 21 and stopped while driving a motor vehicle after consuming any alcoholic beverages, your driver's license may be revoked. Possession of alcohol by any underage person will result in a fine and / or community service.Curfew
State of Illinois curfews are in effect- Sunday through Thursday, 11 pm to 6 am.
- Friday and Saturday, midnight to 6 am.
