We believe that our services preserve and foster the high quality of life in our community. We demonstrate our commitment to excellence through continuous education, training, proactive law enforcement initiatives, and enhanced response methods to ensure a safe environment.

As we move forward, the Vision of the Western Springs Police Department will be to strive and meet the evolving expectations of our citizens to include proactive community engagement, education and creative problem solving. We will continue to be at the forefront with technological advances, embrace service sharing, and continue to plan and prepare for the effective management of critical incidents that may impact our community.
