Garage sales do not require a permit; however, please follow these guidelines for garage sales:

• Residents may hold garage sales up to four times a year.
• Signs for the sale may be erected only on the day of the sale, must not exceed 
  6 square feet and 42 inches in height and can only be placed on private property.
• Signs placed in the parkway will be removed.
