State of Illinois curfews are in effect Sunday through Thursday, from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from midnight to 6 a.m. After curfew, children younger than age 17 are not permitted to drive a motor vehicle, attend public assemblies, or be in public buildings or streets unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult approved by the parent.
