Inspection reports of food and restaurant establishments in the Village of Western Springs are available for your review. The businesses are inspected quarterly and, after the inspections have been completed, the reports will be posted. You can expect to review the reports for the first quarter in April, the second quarter in July, the third quarter in October and the fourth quarter in January. If a business fails an initial inspection, the business will be reinspected in three days.
