Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, from Labor Day to Memorial Day. During the summer months, hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to noon on Friday.

Public Works – The Public Works Department provides sewage and drainage right-of-way, engineering, traffic control, snow and ice control, street resurfacing and reconstruction, and vehicle repair and maintenance. The Department's administrative offices are located at the Village Hall. The operations originate at the Public Works garage and yard at 1440 Hillgrove. Water – The Water Department treats and distributes approximately 400,000,000 gallons of water to 4,400 customers each year. The water is pumped from Village wells to the water treatment plant at 614 Hillgrove. The water is then softened and purified before it is pumped into the residential water system.
