Complaint Registering Procedure

Any person with a complaint against any member of the Western Springs Police Department involving alleged misconduct shall first speak with the on-duty supervisor.

The complaint will be documented on the citizen inquiry form by the supervisor taking the initial complaint. The completed form will be forwarded to the appropriate supervisor for review and follow-up.

The complainant will be notified, if requested, about the results of the complaint. If you need further information, please contact the on-duty supervisor at 708-245-8540.
